Deposit Policy

We love all our clients, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Skin Clinic, which is why we’ve set a deposit policy to make sure everyone who walks through our door has a friendly experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again.

To streamline our service to you and speed the booking process a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking your appointment.

Not to worry as this will be deducted from your facial treatment or it will stay on your account to secure your booking and/or multiple appointments (package deal) booked in at Kim’s Skin Sanctuary.

Most importantly it secures your space, and we reserve that time especially for you!

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule. We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Your deposit of 50% of your treatment cost will be non-refundable for cancellations or re-schedules with less than 24 hours’ notice or appointment no shows.

 Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete your Consultation Form, as arriving late may reduce your treatment time. We will do our best to avoid this however it may not always be possible.
